LEONARDO DICAPRIO TO PLAY HH HOLMES

HERMAN WEBSTER MUDGET BETTER KNOWN AS DOCTOR HENRY HOWARD HOLMES WAS A PSYCHOPATH IN THE 19TH CENTURY FAMOUS FOR MURDER CASTLE.
HOLMES OWNED A PHARMACIST, OPPOSITE WHICH HE BUILT A HOTEL FOR YOUNG WOMEN TO STAY IN. WITHIN THIS HOTEL HE BUILT SECRET CHAMBERS AND PASSAGE WAYS, INCLUDING A HANGING ROOM, GASING CHAMBER AND INCINERATOR.
HH HOLMES IS THOUGHT OT HAVE BUTCHER UP TO 200 PEOPLE IN HIS HOTEL BUT WAS ONLY CONVICTED OF 4 MURDERS.
HOLMES DISSECTED MANY OF THE BODIES SELLING THE ORGANS AND SKELETONS TO HIS CONTACTS IN THE MEDICAL WORLD.
HOLMES WAS LATER HANGED FOR HIS CONVICTIONS BUT HE DID NOT DIE IMMEDIATELY, IT TOOK 20 MINUTES FROM THE TIME THE TRAP WAS DROPPED FOR HIM TO DIE.

IN 2003 ERIK LARSON WORTE 'THE DEVIL IN WHITE CITY' WHICH IS BASED ON THE EVENTS THAT OCCURRED IN THAT HOTEL.
THE FILM RIGHTS TO THE STORY WERE FIRST BOUGHT BY TOM CRUISE, WHO INTENDED TO PLAY THE ROLE HIMSELF BUT LATER IN 2010 THESE RIGHTS WERE AUCTIONED AGAIN. THIS TIME THE WINNING BID WENT TO LEONARDO DICAPRIO.
DICAPRIO INTENDS TO PLAY THE ROLE NOW, AND I CAN'T WAIT!
THIS HAS THE POTENTIAL TO BE A BRILLIANT HORROR AND BECAUSE I HAVEN'T SEEN A TRUELY GOOD HORROR FOR A LONG WHILE I AM INCREDIBLY EXCITED.
